All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an SMS and email confirmation once your order is handed over to the courier.

Karachi: PKR 199
Rest of Pakistan: PKR 249
Free Delivery: Available automatically on all orders above PKR 3,999.
We currently ship strictly within Pakistan. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2 to 4 business days.
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 6 business days.
Note: Delivery times may experience slight delays during mega sale events, public holidays, or unexpected weather disruptions.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.
Please ensure your phone number and full address (including house/apartment number and street name) are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery rider upon arrival.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link and ID via SMS/Email. You can monitor the real-time status of your shipment directly on the TCS or Leopards Courier tracking portals.
Fragrance bottles require careful handling during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or visibly tampered with:
Do not accept the parcel if the outer packaging is severely damaged or opened.
If accepted and opened, please film a clear unboxing video showing the shipping label and the damaged product.
Report the issue to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photo/video proof so we can arrange a replacement.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or an unreachable contact number, the parcel will be returned to our fulfillment center. Re-shipping returned orders may incur additional delivery charges.
