At Scentury, we stand behind every bottle we ship. If something goes wrong whether it’s our mistake or a courier issue we will make it right. Our 15-day return policy is straightforward, fair, and designed to protect you as a customer while keeping Scentury sustainable as Pakistan’s first sports perfume brand.
WHEN WE ACCEPT RETURNS

Wrong product delivered: If you ordered Zarb and received Khilari or any wrong product we will arrange a full replacement AND a return pickup at our cost. No questions asked.

Bottle damaged during courier: If your bottle arrived cracked, leaking, or damaged due to courier handling, we will replace it at our expense. Please send us a photo or short video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery as proof. We will arrange the replacement immediately.

Scent not to your liking: We understand that fragrance is personal. If the scent genuinely did not work for you, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request made within 15 days of delivery date.

Bottle must be at least 80% full (verified by weight on arrival).

Bottle must be in original condition no scratches, dents, or damage.

Photo or video of the bottle required before return address is shared.

Because our bottles are opaque black, we verify fill level by weighing the returned bottle against the original full weight on arrival. This keeps the process objective and fair for both sides.

WHEN WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS

More than 20% of the product has been used: If the bottle weighs significantly less than a full bottle on arrival, the return will be rejected and the bottle returned to you.

Bottle is damaged, scratched, or shows signs of misuse: Returned bottles must be in the same condition as delivered. Physical damage caused after delivery is not covered.

Return request made after 15 days of delivery: The 15-day window starts from the day your order is delivered not the day it was placed.

No photo or video proof provided: We require visual confirmation of the bottle’s condition before sharing our return address. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Gift items: Products purchased as gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Quality complaints without verifiable proof: Subjective claims about fragrance quality without supporting evidence cannot be accepted as grounds for return. All Scentury fragrances undergo quality checks before dispatch.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 1 – Contact us on WhatsApp: Contact us at +92 306 202 2357. Send us a message with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2 – Send photos or video (WhatsApp only): Share a clear photo or short video of the bottle showing its current condition. We will confirm eligibility within 24 hours.

Step 3 – We share return address (After approval only): Once approved, we will share our Karachi return address. Do NOT send the parcel before receiving approval.

Step 4 – Ship the parcel (Customer bears return courier cost): Pack the bottle securely and ship it to our address. Share the tracking number with us on WhatsApp.

Step 5 – Replacement or refund: Processed within 3 business days of receiving return. Once we receive and verify the returned bottle, your replacement will be dispatched or refund processed.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

Scentury pays if the mistake was ours: For wrong product delivered or courier damage, we arrange pickup at our cost.

Customer pays all other returns: If you are returning because the scent was not to your liking, return courier charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked courier service.
REFUNDS
Since all Scentury orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, oг direct bank transfer. Please share your account details when initiating the return. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.

Agar humne galat product bheja hai ya courier mein bottle toot gayi hai, toh return ka poora kharcha Scentury uthayega. Lekin agar aap scent pasand na aane ki wajah se return kar rahe hain, toh return courier charges aapko pay karne honge.
Jaise hi aapki return ki hui bottle hamare paas (Karachi) pohnchegi, hum usay verify karke 3 business days (kaam ke din) ke andar aapka refund process kar denge.
COD orders ka refund aapke EasyPaisa, JazzCash, ya direct Bank Account mein transfer kiya jayega. Return initiate karte waqt aapko apni details WhatsApp karni hongi.
Haan, aap scent test kar sakte hain. Lekin return ke liye zaroori hai ke bottle kam az kam 80% bhari hui ho. Hum opaque bottles ko return aane par unke actual weight se measure karte hain.
Nahi, jo items as a gift purchase kiye gaye hon, woh return ya exchange policy ke under nahi aate.
